Panzhihua Vanadium & Titanium Trading Center Opened Today

A high-profile unveiling and opening ceremony for Panzhihua Vanadium & Ttitanium Trading Center was held at Jinhai Kaiyuan Hotel on 28 November 2014 in Panzhihua. Liu Chengming, Secretary of Panzhihua Municipal Party Committee, attended the ceremony and made a typical gong opening with Liu Angsheng, Chairman of Panzhihua Vanadium & Ttitanium Trading Center. Products such as titanium concentrate (or fine titanium ore), titanium dioxide, and titanium ingots were launched at the ceremony as initial commodity of the center.
On the opening day, Panzhihua Vanadium & Titanium Trading Center achieved a total turnover of 22500000 yuan, with 4150000 yuan for titanium concentrate (or fine titanium ore), 17280000 yuan for titanium dioxide, and 1060000 yuan for titanium ingot respectively.
The establishment of Panzhihua Vanadium & Titanium Trading Center is not only an important measure for Panzhihua municipal government in its drive to shape the city as China’s c capital of vanadium and titanium, or national center for vanadium and titanium resource, R&D, production, quality inspection, and transaction as well, but also another important achievement of Tianfu Mercantile Exchange (TME) as far as "one exchange with multi centers" development mode is concerned. Under a shared care and support of Panzhihua municipal administrators, approved with Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Panzhihua Vanadium & Titanium Trading Center , is jointly established by TME, Kunming Steel Group, Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group, Panzhihua Fengyuan Mmining Co, and Panzhihua Taidu Chemical Co Ltd, is China's first professional electronic trading platform for V-Ti products.
We adopt an operation mode called "electronic trading + modern logistics + supply chain financing". We address "electronic trading" to build an efficient, open, fair and just electronic trading platform, mainly in forms of spot transaction, pre-sale transaction, spot mall transaction; We rely "modern logistics" on our cooperation with large-scale domestic logistics enterprises, starting the leased or authenticated warehouses as our delivery warehouses just to set up our key storage system for distribution of V-Ti resources and to provide "one-stop" logistics services for related V-Ti products circulation; We focus "supply chain financing" on our providing financial support for V-Ti enterprises, including online financing business, intermediate position business, entrusted business, advanced delivery business, factoring business, and funds .
