ICBC President Yi Huiman Meets with TME Chairman Liu Angsheng

During the visit to Britain and France (12th-16th September) along with Chinese vice premier of the State Council Ma Kai, Mr. Yi Huiman, president of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) held talks with Liu Angsheng, chairman and president of Tianfu Mercantile Exchange (TME).
President Liu briefed President Yi Huiman on TME’s major business and development projects. In return, President Yi expressed his interest in ICBC’s cooperation with TME, showing his concern about TME’s establishment of the third party registration and clearing institution for bulk commodities. To that end, he required that ICBC headquarters’ departments follow up with TME for implementation jobs..
During the visit, Liu Angsheng also met with his counterparts such as President Wang Hongzhang of Construction Bank of China, President Tian Guoli of Bank of China, President Chang Zhenming of CITIC Group, and President Ding Xuedong of China Investment Corp.
