Sichuan’s deputy provincial governor listens the work reports of TME and makes instructions

    In the morning of Nov.13th, after the successful opening ceremony of TME and product listing ceremony of rebar, hot rolled steel plate and sliver, Gan Lin, deputy provincial governor of Sichuan, conducted a research in TME and listened our work reports.

    Chairman Liu Angsheng reported basic situation, operations, strategic positioning, development objectives, and the ideas and measures of development of TME.

    Gan gave fully affirmation of the exploratory works and achievement of Sichuan’s factor market made in the market development and construction of western China’s economic & financial center.

    Gan gave six requirements for the construction of Sichuan’s factor trading market:

    1.       Fair and just. Fair and just are the vitality of the trading market, we should follow, perfect, strengthen and standardize the rules.

    2.       Innovative development. We should specialize on our business and trading, diversify our varieties and integrate our services.

    3.       Regional distribution. We should base on Sichuan province in deepening the cooperation of Sichuan and Tibet. The business should take Chengdu as a core, covering the whole province, and gradually expand to the West, Midwest and the whole nation.

    4.       Bigger and stronger. We should form a standard and concentrated trading market, and follow the path of connotative development.

    5.       Valuing talent. We should gather the talents which know professional knowledge, know market and know situations.

    6.       Policy navigation. We should actively seek the policy support, issue the documents, and clear the target positioning, structure configuration and development standard.

    At last, Gan hopes TME emancipate the mind, forge ahead, grasp opportunities and realize the potential, aiming at “national leading, Western top”, and forming a trading market with orderly circulation of production elements.

    Gan was accompanied by Wu Xiankui, deputy secretary-general of provincial government, Ai Yubin, deputy director of Financial office of provincial government, Gong Haibin, deputy director of Sichuan Securities Regulatory Bureau and Yang Chunxuan, deputy director-general of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce during this research.
