Business Co-operation, ICBC's Working Group at TME

On 03 December 2014, a working group from the head office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) visited TME, carried out an on-the-spot investigation & research, and joined in a session with TME people for a mutual cooperation between the two sides. The working group was covered by ICBC’s key managers or experts out of Financial Services Dept, Credit & Investment Management Dept, Settlement & Cash Management Dept, Financial Market Dept, and other leading personnel of ICBC Sichuan Branch and ICBC Chengdu Chunxi Sub-branch as well.

The working group watched the equipment and facilities inside TME, and was briefly informed of the basic situation of TME. The two sides fully exchanged their views on China’s system construction of multi-level capital market, and on the issues concerning position, roles, and functions of our commodity transaction market in multi-level capital market system. ICBC side introduced its financial services in operation following an account of business development programs and the related projects by TME side.

As a result, ICBC and TME reached a preliminary consensus to carry out a business co-operation in terms of on-line financing, payment and settlement, over-the-counter derivatives.
