A Research & Investigation by Zhang Meng, Chairman of CBP

On 01 March 2016, Zhang Meng, chairman of Chengdu Banknote Printing Company Limited (CBP) made his research and investigation visit to TME, together with Zhang Shaolu, deputy director of the Financial Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, and Xiao Fujun, CPB’s deputy general manager.

Following Chairman Liu Angsheng’s introduction about TME’s market positioning, business mode,market layout, both sides exchanged their views on TME’s updated business policy that keeps in line with a good proposal by the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, namely one TME with multi-centers and one EC platform for one county. CPB Chairman Zhang spoke highly of TME’s standardized operation practices and sound management  mechanism, and at the same time indicated that CBP should have lots of cooperation occasions with TME that would conform to transformation and upgrading of CPB, and as well help both sides play out their respective advantages and seek common ground for further development. The two sides also conducted an in-depth exploration on possible cooperation projects and their  corresponding measures for implementation.

 
Deputy director Zhang Shaolu gave his full affirmation of TME’s business policy, that is, one TME with multi-centers and one EC platform for one county, assuring that TME would get continual support on its drive for rural e-commerce business development from the People’s Government of Sichuan Province.
 
Fu Yu, chief of Capital Market Department of the Financial Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, Yang Xianjun, general manager of the Great Wall Precious Metals Co Ltd, and other responsible people from CPB also participated in the activity.
