Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province Li Jiyu conducts a research of TME

    Jan. 10^th, 2013, Li Jiyu, deputy director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province, ShuShineng，director of property rights regulation division and their entourage conducted a research in TME.

    Li and his entourage inspected TME’s business premises, listenedChairman Liu’s report about the development of TME and the implementation of clean-up and rectification, and got to know implementation of delivery business and settlement business.

    Li has a deep feeling of this inspection. He points out the development of TME has “three high” features: first is the high starting point. Though the setting up time of TME is not long, it’s on the forefront in technology system, organization system and business system compare to other industries throughout the country. It has good developing prospects. Second is the high level, the business and management team are competent and efficient. They have strong business skills and enough management experiment, which lays a solid foundation for long-term development. Third is the high efficient, under the background of the clear-up andrectification works by the State Council, TME standardized operation in the beginning and works well, which reflects the high quality and efficiency.

    Li is highly optimistic about the future of TME. He considers that exchange is an important part of the modern economy and an important factor for promoting economic development. Under the circumstance of dramatic changes of national and local economic development modes, TME combine merchandise trade and modern finance, which would become an important driving force of Sichuan’s economic development.

    Li proposed his requirements for the development of TME. One is to achieve mechanism and institutional innovation and explore innovative operational mode within the range allowed by the laws and regulations policies. Second is to realize business innovation, which means by fully combining the electronic trading platform and modern logistics, based on Sichuan and Tibet, prominent Western features, play comprehensive strengths, and promote the development of local real economy. Third is regarding sustainable development as the goal, establish the service concept effectively to consumers, make efforts in creating benefits to shareholders, cohesion the management team to staffs and do not live up to the expectations of government.

    Li said he will concern the development of TME continuously and he wishes TME strengthen the communication with relevant government to obtain their support. SASAC will support TME in business development.
