To meet the demand for business operation, it is decided by TME that as from 28 May 2015, Panzhihua Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (PIPQSI) act as a designated inspection agency (DIA) for V-Ti products, and enter into its function in commodity inspection, with details as follows:
