Hot Ribbed Bar（HRB）

HRB, commonly known as hot-rolled ribbed bar ( HRB for short ), usually has 2 longitudinal and transverse ribs each, latter of which are evenly distributed along the length of the bar. The transverse ribs have 3 kinds of shapes such as helical, herringbone, crescent. And their diameters are usually indicated in millimeter. Product specifications have ф 10-40mm,or φ 6-32mm,or φ 12-50mm. Raw materials of HRB fall into carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel that should undergo a sedative melting processing.
